how can i cut somebody's face from one pic. and substitutes by somone esle's from another pictures.

open both images, by using lasso tool, select and copy image , then paste over other image in new layer, resize,adjust, and move into place, if other image shows up

use eraser or stamp tool on other layer to clone areas around image being placed,

About your question, it is very simple. All you need to do is use the lasso tool and cut the face out slowly and perfectly then crop the picture... Easy as pie.
