i was trying to find a tutorial for photoshop to change the hair color to white but i haven't found one on google..you guys think u can help please :]

Here's how I'd do it:

Use the lasso tool to select the hair. It's easiest to do this in incriments. Hold the shift key to do this. Then hit ctrl-c, then ctrl-v on your keyboard (commnd-c, commnd-v for mac) to put a copy in a new layer. Then to to image%26gt;adjustments%26gt;hue and saturation. Slide the saturation down most of the way, so that there's a v. little bit of colour, but not much. Because even white hair will have colour from the surrounding light. Then go to image%26gt;adjustments%26gt;brightness/contrast and mess with those until it looks about right.

You can also use your burn/dodge tools (which look like a lollypop or a hand) to make adjustments.
