Photoshop.?

So I want to make my pictures grey but my eyes still green. What program do I need to download to make it possible? And how do i do it? Thanks in advance.

You don't need an additional program, you can do that in Photoshop. Create a Hue %26 Saturation adjustment layer, decrease saturation to zero, and mask out the eyes.

Photoshop is great for that. You would have two layers, a grey scale pic on top of the color pic. then use a tool to bring the color layer in from the bottom.
go to "image" then "adjustments" then click "desaturate", and then take the history brush and stroke over your eyes.
Go to Lunapic.com if you don't own photoshop.

Click on adjust on then click "Color Box"

Use the box around your eyes.
