Photoshop is not an option?

I use windows XP and photoshop cs3

When I right click on an image file and go to Open With, Photoshop used to be there as an option but now it is not. I tried navigating to photoshop with Choose Program but it still reverted to pic/fax viewer. Anyone know what happened and how i can get photoshop back in my right click / open with menu?

You probably will need to edit the registry to add this. There are lots of web pages for how to do this, just google "add items to right click menu"

Right click %26gt; Open with %26gt; choose program

choose Photoshop and click the box on the bottom of the window that says to "Always use this program to open this kind of file"
