Photoshop Elements 6 question??

I recently downloaded the trial version of Elements 6.

%26 Just Yesterday I bought the PhotoShop Elements 6 on CD at BestBuy.

Do i need to install the CD or in the trial version I can just enter the serial code %26 i have the full version of it?

Also, if i can put PhotoShop Elements 6 %26 put it on one laptop can I put it into another laptop?

%26 Another laptop, Which means Can i put Elements 6 in 3 laptops???

1- you need to install the CD, [im think]

2- you can put Photoshop on any laptop as long as you have the CD
